These terms describe use of the Phaos Lab information website. A paid service starts with a separately agreed scope and contract.
Website use and project agreements
You may use this website to learn about our work and contact us about a business or personal project. Website descriptions, enquiries, guides and illustrative visuals are not a binding quote, acceptance of work, guarantee of outcome or service-level commitment. A project agreement identifies the contracting parties, deliverables, inputs, price, applicable taxes, currency, schedule, review and acceptance process, changes, cancellation and support. Browsing this website does not purchase a service or enrol you in a subscription.
Your information and authority
Provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. If you act for an organisation or another person, make sure you have authority for the request. Do not include passwords, payment data, private third-party records or confidential material in an initial enquiry. Any project needing sensitive information must establish an appropriate exchange and handling process first.
Ownership and permitted use
The Phaos Lab wordmark, website content and original creative work belong to their respective rights holders. Displayed client marks belong to those clients. You may view and share links to the website for lawful personal or business reference. Do not reproduce protected assets or imply endorsement without the relevant permission. Ownership, licences, third-party tools and source-file handover for commissioned work are determined in the project agreement.
Guides, concepts and professional decisions
Guides provide general planning information. Synthetic examples and concept imagery are not evidence of actual client results, completed buildings or owned facilities. Website information is not legal, tax, investment or regulated professional advice. Architectural visualization does not replace licensed design or engineering, permits or construction documentation. Project suitability, required professional approvals and technical responsibilities must be established for the actual work.
Responsible use and external links
Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt availability, introduce harmful content, misrepresent another person or misuse contact channels. Third-party websites, messaging services and software are controlled by their operators and are subject to their own terms. A link to a client or platform does not create a partnership, warranty or responsibility for that provider’s services.
Availability, corrections and lawful rights
We may update website content or address technical errors. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular ranking, revenue or project outcome through the website. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricts an honest consumer review or transfers ownership of a consumer’s review.
Questions, disputes and updates
Raise a website concern with support@phaoslab.lat or +507 6022-0168 so we can review it. This website does not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive foreign court simply because you browse it. Governing law and dispute terms for a paid engagement must be agreed separately, subject to mandatory applicable consumer rights. Updated website terms will be posted here with their effective date; changes do not retroactively change an existing signed project agreement. Effective 9 September 2026.
